As CEO, Olivia Hagberg is a previous FedEx business owner/contractor whose been awarded contracts with FedEx, over 32 years in business having an engineering background with computer aided drafting and design (specializing in civil, structural and electrical) having drawn hospitals, clean rooms, freeways, airports and rides for Disney, real estate and construction, and a degree in computer science, she has strong expertise in building organizations. Enjoys streamlining processes to increase revenue, lower costs, and create business value. She is a certified professional driver with FedEx and commercial truck driving graduate. She and her team have a high level of competency and confidence they have built from past experience and education. She and her team have won FedEx routes through the competitive bidding process. She has built goodwill and reputation of reliability over the past 12 years working with FedEx Contractors.  Initially coaching 5 trucks has turned into coaching over 2000 vehicles over multiple VEDR programs.  Now she guides FedEx owners in specific areas of Compliance and Driver Coaching which is done around the clock from different time zones around the world.  Working with some VEDR programs has also opened up Certified Driver Training to AOs.
